These fragments of a child's riddle or conundrum-type alphabet plate were found in Structure 5. A complete example of this plate is seen at right. The riddle on this plate reads "WHY IS THIS GEOMETRICAL FISHING?" The answer is "BECAUSE IT IS A TRIANGLE." This plate was manufactured in England and most likely dates from the mid-19th century (Riley 1991: 82-83; Lindsay and Lindsay 1998: 136).
